Addiction Counselling

The practice supports patients attending detoxification at Kent Council for Addiction treatment centres or the East Kent Substance Misuse clinics. We do not supply opiate prescriptions to these patients and prescribing remains the reponsibility of unit supervising treatment. 

Anticoagulant Monitoring Clinic

This clinic is for patients who have been started on an anticoagulant medication and enables patients to be monitored closely. 

Antenatal Clinics

Antenatal and Postnatal services are provided by the midwives and the doctors. Maternity self-referral form | East Kent Hospitals

Asthma and Chronic Obstructive Airways Disease Clinics

Full assessments with Spirometry and management advice are provided by appointment with a specialist practice Nurse.

Cardiovascular Medicine Clinics

Patients can receive full assessments and management advice for Angina, Atrial fibrillation, Heart Attack, Peripheral vascular disease and Hypertensive patients.

Child Health Surveillance and Immunisations Clinics

These are provided by the practice Nurses and Doctors.

Contraception Services

We offer a range of services for contraception alternatively Find a pharmacy that offers the contraceptive pill without a prescription - NHS

Diabetic Clinic 

Full assessments and annual check-ups are performed with monitoring tests and health care advice. This service, which includes the initiation and maintenance of insulin therapy and the new therapies including exenatide and the gliptins is provided by appointment with a specialist practice Nurse.

Health Assessment and Promotion Clinics

Patients may book to have well person checks, screening tests and health advice.

Elderly Assessments 

Patients over the age of 75 yrs may book in for a health care check annually. 

Mental Health Nurses

Appointments are available at the surgery with a specialist practice Nurse.
